Reminder service

How it works:

1. Select the appropriate filters for your ventilation system or WC fan.

2. Place the desired products in the shopping cart and place your order as usual.

3. At the 4th step in the order process you can choose in how many months you would like to be reminded (1-24 months). On the order confirmation which you receive by mail the exact date for the reminder mail is noted. You will also find a "Reorder" button on the confirmation email to purchase the same items again.

4. After the selected time, you will receive an e-mail from us with your personal link.

5. Click on the link, this leads you directly to the filled shopping cart, which is then already equipped with the articles from the last order, so you no longer have to search for your product. Of course, changes to the products or quantities are still possible.

Again you have the possibility to set a reminder in the 4th step of the order process. The reminder is always only once and must be selected again for each order, because depending on the order quantity, the procurement period can change.

Your benefit:

When ordering the filters again, you do not have to search for the correct product again in the shop. Also, the delivery and billing address entered during the last order are already filled in.

Tip: As an administrator or caretaker, you can enter one order per object and thus run the reminder service per object.

NOTE: This is not a subscription! No order will be triggered automatically. If you do not want to order filters after receiving a reminder, you can simply ignore the mail. The reminder email will only be sent to you once, so you will not find an unsubscribe link.
