Complaint and return of articles

If a product does not meet your expectations and you want to return the goods, we ask you to contact us before arranging a return.

A return of the products is possible, at the current daily price (max. the purchase price), in original packaging and unused. The return is at the expense of the buyer, unless there is a clear product defect. A deduction of up to 100% of the refund price is possible for damaged, used or incomplete returns.

If there is no fault on the part of ersatzfilter-shop.ch, the freight and packaging costs will be charged as a minimum.

Complaints can only be considered within 8 days after receipt of the goods.
