Activated carbon is able to bind and reduce unwanted odors and particles in the air. By using this filter, odours from outside are minimized. Please note that activated carbon grains may come loose when handling the filter. This is not a defect and is completely normal.

"G4" and "F7" are designations for the filter class. The supply air usually has an F7 filter in use and the exhaust air usually requires a G4 filter. Check the dimensions and system designation for the correct filters.
